The 96 Hours of BS Sweepstakes Official Rules

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook. Entrants understand they are providing information to the administrators of the Sweepstakes and not to Facebook.

This Sweepstakes is a daily drawing. A prize is randomly awarded to a valid entrant. Entrants may choose to opt into the daily email list. Email list subscribers may opt-out at any time.

1. Eligibility.
This Voting Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is open to US residents age eighteen (18) or older as of the date of entry, who have an active e-mail address. Employees, directors, and/or officers (including immediate family members or members of the household) of blipshift (“Sponsor”), their subsidiaries, affiliated companies, distributors, advertising, fulfillment and promotion agencies and all other companies or entities associated with the Sweepstakes are not eligible to participate. Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law. Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement and acceptance of these Official Rules ("Official Rules"), which shall be final in all respects.

2. How to Enter.
a. To enter the Sweepstakes, entrant must provide their email address, first and last name on the Sweepstakes page in the entry form provided with each design. Entrant must re-enter information if they wish to enter on a different day.

b. Alternately, an entrant may send votes and a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: Blipshift, The "96 Hours of BS Sweepstakes Contest," 36-16 13rd Street, Long Island City, NY 11106.

b. The Sweepstakes entry period begins on July 22, 2019 at 12:01:00 AM Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on July 26, 2019 at 11:59:59 PM Eastern Time ("ET") (the "Sweepstakes Period"). One (1) entry per day is counted per entry email. Entrants may vote for multiple designs.

3. Selection of the Winners.
a. Entries may be approved or rejected based on suitability for the Sweepstakes at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Only those votes that are approved for posting will be deemed eligible to win the Sweepstakes.

b. For the purposes of this Sweepstakes, "Entrant" is defined as an individual who casts at least one (1) vote during Sweepstakes period.

c. For purposes of this Sweepstakes, a "vote" means a vote cast on the Sweepstakes website by a "unique voter." A "unique voter" is an individual person: (a) who has registered a valid email account and (b) has unique registration information that is not duplicative of another voter's information. A "unique voter" has a distinct email and first and last name. A unique voter may vote no more than once per day per a unique entry. In addition, if the Sponsor determines, in its sole discretion, that an abuse of the "unique voter" rule has occurred, Sponsor may disqualify votes cast by such voters or entrants, including if more than five (5) of such voters or entrants registered from the same computer "IP address" in the Sweepstakes Voting Period.

4. Notification of Winners.
a. Winners will be notified by email using the email address submitted with the Sweepstakes entry.

b. Winners will be notified within five (5) business days of the judging, and may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and publicity/liability release within seven (7) days of notification.

c. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim a prize and/or where applicable an affidavit of eligibility and publicity/liability release is not timely received, is incomplete or modified, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner randomly selected from remaining valid, eligible votes timely submitted. In the event of a dispute regarding who submitted an entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email account specified in the entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email account.

5. Prizes.

A prize is awarded each day of the Sweepstakes.

Monday, July 22: One (1) grand prize winner will receive one (1) Go Pro Hero Video Camera. Total Grand Prize Retail Value: $250.00 USD.
Tuesday, July 23: One (1) grand prize winner will receive one (1) Lego Speed Champions Porsche 911 GT Finish Line kit, one (1) Lego Speed Champions Porsche 911 RSR and 911 Turbo 3.0 kit, one (1) Lego Speed Champions Ferrari 458 Italia GT2 kit, one (1) Lego Speed Champions McLaren P1 set. Prizes are non-transferable. No cash redemption or substitution will be allowed, except at Sponsor’s discretion. If the prize is unavailable, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Sponsor also reserves the right to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes or these Official Rules if any factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of this Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion. By participating, where allowed by law, entrant grants Sponsor the worldwide right to publish, broadcast and use in any media, including the World Wide Web, entrant's submission, photo, name, picture, and likeness, without limitation, for commercial, promotional and advertising purposes without additional compensation.

All prizes are provided solely by Sponsor. Prize(s) do not include any reimbursement of travel expenses related to awarding or usage of prize(s).

6. Liability.
a. By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrant accepts all risk and consequences of entry and participation in this Sweepstakes, and agrees to release and hold Sponsor, their officers, directors, affiliates, employees, contractors, subsidiaries, agents and partners harmless from any and all consequences, liability, losses, damages (including without limitation, consequential, punitive, incidental, special or increased damages and those related to personal injury, death or damage to property) and costs and expenses, of any kind, under any legal theory, arising from or related to this Sweepstakes, including but limited to entrant's entry and participation in this Sweepstakes, the acceptance and/or ruse (or misuse) of any prize, printing errors, any claims based upon rights of publicity and invasion of privacy. Entrant shall indemnify Sponsor, their officers, directors, affiliates, contractors, subsidiaries, agents, employees and partners from and against all claims or suits and any damages or costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or relating to entrant's violation or inaccuracy of any warranties or representations made relating to this Sweepstakes. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for errors which may occur in the transmission of entrant's entry. Sponsor is not responsible for any fraud or misconduct on the part of the entrants. Should an entrant engage in fraud or misconduct of any nature, including but not limited to a violation of the Official Rules, such entrant shall be subject to immediate disqualification.

b. The Internal Revenue Service requires Form 1099-MISC to be issued and filed for each recipient who received a prize/award if the annual aggregate is at least $600 or more. The recipient is responsible for any income tax liability and should consult his/her tax adviser for the proper tax treatment of this income on his/her tax return.

7. Law.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of New York. Entrant agrees and consents to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of New York for any and all claims arising from or related to this Sweepstakes. Entrant agrees that all claims relating to this Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.

8. Entire Agreement.
These terms set forth the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether oral or written.

9. Winner's List, Official Rules.
For a list of the Sweepstakes winners available at least seven (7) days after the end of the Sweepstakes Period, send your request and a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: Blipshift, The "96 Hours of BS Sweepstakes Winners," 36-16 13th Street, Long Island City, NY 11106.

10. Sponsor.
The Sponsor of this Sweepstakes is Wuzzy Wheels Inc., dba “blipshift”.
